Application background:

The traditional hoist monitoring is to use load pressure sensors to directly measure the pull/pressure to achieve overload protection of the motor load. This method is not only difficult to install and maintain, but more important is the core component used by this type of sensor-pressure sensitive components are extremely susceptible to environmental interference, such as drift caused by outdoor temperature, damage caused by vibration, and aging of the adhesive layer caused by long use time. In addition, because the range of force measured by the application equipment is relatively wide, the accuracy of the direct force measurement type is low, and it is difficult to meet the application requirements on the spot.

 

Solution:

The motor load measurement and control instrument is connected to the distribution box of the three-phase motor, and the weight of the actual load is converted according to the output active power of the three-phase motor. The product uses electromagnetic isolation to sample the voltage and current on the distribution line. The output uses a liquid crystal screen to display the current electrical parameters and the gravity load converted by mathematical equations, and the gravity load is measured by the electrical parameters. The motor load measurement and control instrument is installed in the distribution box. It is small in size, light in weight, and is little affected by the external temperature. No additional wiring is required on site, and the stability and reliability are greatly improved. The product has a wide range of application fields, including the lifting of the typical water gate in the water conservancy industry, and the lifting and falling of the heavy equipment industry.
