Method of Selecting Current Sensor

First, we should determine the basic technical parameters:

1. Output signal;

2. The measured current value;

3. Power supply;

4. Dimensions of tested cables or confluence bronze plates.


These are the main technical parameters. The other secondary technical parameters are as follows:

1. Whether the accuracy is required (generally, the closed-loop current sensor is 0.1-1%, and the open-loop sensor is 1%);

2. Whether there are requirements of high and low temperature, strong earthquake and humidity in the use environment.


Reasonable selection of Hall current sensor is based on the actual needs and possibilities to achieve targeted.

To understand the characteristics of the measurement:

The state, nature, range, amplitude and frequency band of the measurement, the speed, time, accuracy requirement of the measurement, the magnitude and frequency of overload, etc.
