Precautions for operation of program-controlled Seam Adhesive Air Heater
A.Starting up
1.Open the compressed air main valve，rotate the compressed air switch to the SUP (EXH indicates being off).
2.Switch on and press the POWER switch
3.Press the key of heater, and the heater heats up, then wait for the temperature to rise to the set value.
4.Try to glue a few products to make sure the machine works properly.
5.Starting to produce.
B.Bonding step
1.Adjust the heater temperature and air pressure to the desired position.
2.Step on the left foot switch, then step on the right foot switch, swing the nozzle to see if the nozzle is in the right position.
3.Put the tape into the retractor and step on the right foot switch to pull the tape to the rollers.
4.Step on the left foot switch, and check whether the tape and seams are pressed tightly or not.
5.Step on the right foot switch, put down the heater, then roll start turning. Fabric will be sucked in. Make sure that the seam is in the middle of the roll when the tape is running.
6.When the bonding is complete, lift the left foot switch when the right foot switch is pressed down[When the automatic tape cutting mode is selected]cut off the tape, and then lift the right foot switch to take out the glued seam fabrics.
7.Check the glued seams to make sure the tape is not burned or flange forming.
8.If the fabric is involved in one of the rollers, stop operation immediately, and press the reverse button of the motor continuously. Release the reverse button until the roller reverse and the fabric is released. The device returns to normal operation.
C.Shutdown
1.Press the power switch , then the cooling program of the device starts. If you want to terminate the shutdown process, turn on the power switch again.
2.During the cooling period, the compressed air switch cannot be turned off. The compressed air must be maintained at the nozzle.
3.When the temperature is below 50℃ or the shutdown countdown is reached, the system will automatically cut off the air heater and system power.
4.Turn off the main power.
SERIOUS WARNING:
The operator shall never turn off the compressed air value or the main power without completing the normal cooling procedure. In this case, it would cause serious damage to the heating tube because the compressed air is immediately stopped.
