Measure tenant satisfaction
You may have seen smiley feedback stations at airports, restaurants, and service centers. You can also implement a similar system to obtain satisfaction data for building tenants.

This will provide you with information that you can use to understand what the tenant is satisfied with, and what needs to be improved, for example, does the tenant think the indoor temperature is too hot or too cold?
