Voltage sensor is divided into DC voltage sensor and AC voltage sensor.
AC voltage sensor is an instrument that can convert the measured AC current (AC voltage) into a linear proportional output of DC voltage or DC current. It is widely used in electric devices, automatic control and dispatching systems of electric power, post and telecommunications, petroleum, coal, metallurgy, railway, municipal and other departments.
DC voltage sensor is an instrument that can convert the measured DC voltage to output DC voltage or DC current in linear proportion. It is also widely used in power, remote monitoring, instrument, medical equipment, industrial automatic control and other industries that require isolation of electricity.
Characteristic of voltage sensor:
Voltage sensor is a measurement module which converts the measured voltage into current or voltage signal that follows the output proportional to the original side voltage by using the principle of electrical isolation. The former side is highly insulated and has the characteristics of high accuracy, high linearity, high integration, small size, simple structure, long-term stability and adaptability to various working environments.
